Welcome to Rooster'S
In 1994 Jim & June Potter moved to Medford Oregon to purchase Rooster'S. Our restaurant is a culmination of a lifelong dream and we are honored to invite you to be our guest. Jim has been in the food service business for 44 years starting as a baker's apprentice in high school to a four year tour of duty in the USMC as a baker. He then went on to manage restaurants for a Southern California Company for over 23 years.
All this experience has been poured into Rooster'S. We are committed to serving only quality products in a friendly, courteous environment. Our staff is a great source of pride to us.
